Early this morning, my buddy, Ken, and I went to a nearby Federal cemetery to pay our respects to “The Fallen”. The cool, stillness of being in a graveyard at daybreak reminded me of the lifestyle that I lived for over 2 decades, the unshakeable camaraderie that I experienced, and of a couple of mates who didn’t make the return trip home.
