David Morsberger is a Lifelong Anne Arundel County resident, and a Lifelong Constitutional Conservative. Mr. Morsberger is a Graduate of Anne Arundel County Public Schools, and he is a Graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park (Go Terps!). David is a small business owner, a very Active member of the Annapolis Precinct Project, an Active Member of COGS and the North-County Republican Clubs.

Mr. Morsberger is an active campaign worker for past and present Republican candidates. He routinely Provides pro-Republican testimony to the Maryland Legislature and the Anne Arrundel County Council. In his spare time, David is a Lead Researcher for the Maryland Voter Integrity Group. He serves as Treasurer of the Anne Arundel Republican Central Committee, and in his spare time, he serves as Chief Engineer for a very large defense program.
