I walked into a bar…

I was at a bar recently, near the old Bethlehem Steel Plant near Dundalk.  The host heard that I was considering running for Congress so he asked me to speak.  I had no prepared remarks so I spoke from my heart about how American manufacturing jobs had been given away over the past 25 years.

When I finished, a smiling elderly gent walked up to me.   He took this button off his lapel and pinned it on mine.    He said nothing, as he walked away with a smile.

That man knew somehow, that I would fight for him.    His action inspired me to continue on this journey to help save American manufacturing.
