I first met Berney 34 years ago when we were both young 2nd Lieutenants in the Air Force. Berney has dedicated his life to service and has never been afraid to fight for America and American values. I know he will represent the people of Maryland’s 2nd Congressional District with honor, honesty, and excellence.
