Dr. Jackson is the first BLACK American to be named president of the Thomas Jefferson High School PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION. HE has extensive experience in education, program management, acquisition and cybersecurity. Dr. Jackson has held leadership positions in several other educational advocacy organizations, including Parents Defending Education, the Coalition For THOMAS JEFFERSON HIGH SCHOOL FOR SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY, and the Black Student Fund.  Dr. Jackson is uniquely qualified to address racial achievement gaps with solutions that do not require additional income taxes, promote education access opportunities and leverage public-private partnerships.
